The room size was good! I stayed in a room that was nice and clean. The bathroom offered excellent toiletries, which I thought was a plus.

The receptionist lacked a cute attitude during check-out. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty, quite inconvenient. There was no channel guide available, so I had to manually browse through each channel with the remote!

The room included tea and coffee making facilities. I also found a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. The water pressure WAS great. I had a comfortable stay.

The beds in my twin room felt quite firm. I requested a topper to ease the pressure, but there were none available.

the room was clean the bathroom had good products i found the staff to be very good especially the reception staff. the location is excellent for airport access i walked to the terminal in just a few minutes

the pillows were terribly soft the duvet was thin i was quite chilly in the room and there were no extra pillows or blankets. the restaurant was overpriced i would advise against eating there because it is so expensive

i found the walk to departures easy it took only five minutes. the receptionist was helpful at check in. my room had a good view overlooking the airport. soundproofing made the room private and quiet.

the bar food selection was limited and the restaurant hours were not suitable for early departures.
